Garo Kasparian has seen many different aspects of the business in his 30-year plus tenure. He started in the business as a classical designer and illustrator, in his native country of Lebanon. He came to the United States in the late 1970's and began working for Baki Advertising in New York. At Baki, Garo handled design, illustration and small-scale model making. He settled in the states for good in 1985.
