Joe Kasparian started in the business over ten years ago in New York working with the Metric Group, a shop devoted to color-correct comps. His early experience was hands-on: preparing transfers and direct imaging. As the industry consolidated, Joe moved with it, gaining experience at some of New York's top comp houses, Bon-R and Comp24 where he learned the fine art of hand color proofing.
